Allen Fleet developed FOCUS with one of the largest fleet software developers in Europe, and provides a new concept for on-line fleet management. Targeted at medium and large sized fleet operators it provides a total solution which until now has been expensive as a stand alone purchase.
Just one of the key features within FOCUS:
Driver SMS Text Messaging.
This service communicates directly to the drivers mobile or email to request information such as mileage; the driver then simply inputs the actual mileage into their phone and presses reply. The information is fed directly back into the FOCUS system and updates the vehicle record file. The system then automatically updates the mileage reports, service reminders and MOT’s. Reporting on failed responses are stored and drivers can be immediately contacted.
