Our Accident Management Service is designed to provide a total package to efficiently administer and expedite accident repairs with the minimum of involvement from the customer or driver.
Contact is made with Allen Fleet via a 24-hour phone number and accident details are recorded on our computer system and, if appropriate, a relief vehicle is ordered via the Allen Fleet approved supplier.
Once the vehicle has been recovered we will arrange for an estimate to be carried out by one of our repairers locally to your driver/depot. Our repair network is the largest privately owned network in Europe all of whom have achieved MVRA-QA status, this usually happens within 24 hours of notification of the incident. At the same time a claim form is dispatched to the driver.
Following validation of the estimate against the driver’s completed accident report form, the repairs will be authorised. We will receive a daily progress report from the repairers and co-ordinate collection of any relief vehicle with re-delivery of the repaired vehicle.
