Vehicle Renewals – FOCUS will remind you in plenty of time to renew your vehicles that are due to expire, these can be based on time or mileage. This report will ensure you don’t miss out on manufacturers lead times and just as importantly excess mileage charges for overrunning your contract.

Accident Management – A comprehensive report on all claims handling including date of incident, liability and length of repairs and associated costs.

Fuel Management – FOCUS allows you to look up your fuel spend providing you with all a full vehicle transaction report.

Focus Reporting
All reports can be tailor made to your specification and can be viewed on line and stored accordingly, however Allen recommend that you concentrate on ‘exceptional reporting’ in order to make key decisions now. Unique reporting features include:

Driver SMS Text Messaging. 
This service communicates directly to the drivers mobile to request information such as mileage; the driver then simply inputs the actual mileage into their phone and presses reply.  The information is fed directly back into the FOCUS system and updates the vehicle record file. The system then automatically updates the mileage reports, service reminders and MOT’s. Reporting on failed responses are stored and drivers can be immediately contacted.

Regular SMS Text Messaging Reminders
A series of messages can be relayed to the driver ensuring that they check their tyre pressures as well as tyre tread, brake lights and oil and water between service intervals.

Licence Checker
It is essential to know whether your drivers are giving you the correct information regarding their driving licence.  FOCUS links directly to the DVLA and provides the correct information online, storing it in the FOCUS Driver File for future reference.
