A single monthly VAT approved invoice gives you complete control.

Purchases can be restricted, for example to fuel and oil only, to prevent unauthorised spending. The Allen Fleet card also gives you the ability to limit purchases to a specified range of additional products such as oil.

To ease the administration burden of processing thousands of receipts, we can provide you with a single monthly invoice which provides a complete record of every driver purchase.

Detailed Reports

The invoice includes a comprehensive breakdown of spending at a cost-centre level which can be tailored to suit your company structure. Our invoices are approved by HM Customs and Excise to simplify reclaiming VAT.
